Recommendations for action by the Hamburg-Vigoni Forum are part of a publication of the "Europaministerkonferenz"Visionary flashlights for the further development of the EMK

To mark its 30th anniversary, the European Ministers' Conference has published the brochure "30 Years of the EMK - Shaping European Policy". The aim of the publication is to present the working methods of the EMK and its activities over the past years.
It also contains the recommendations of the Hamburg-Vigoni Forum on possible perspectives for action by the Conference of European Ministers, which were presented at the 90th meeting of the EMK on 28 September 2022 by Prof. Dr. Eva Heidbreder, Professor of Governance in the European Multilevel System at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, and Prof. Dr. Markus Kotzur, Project Manager of the Hamburg-Vigoni Forum and Professor of European and International Law at the University of Hamburg. These can be found in the brochure of the European Ministers' Conference on pages 44 and 45 under the heading "Outlook - Visionary Flashlights for the Further Development of the European Commission".
